This set of actions is free for personal use, but you must purchase it for commercial use. The cost is €12.90 (In case you’re wondering, I paid!!!!)

Load the Big Pictures Actions into the Actions palette by clicking on the small downward pointing arrow in the top right corner of the palette and selecting the PFx_Big Pictures and the PFx_Matrix sets

Open 2, 4, 16 or 25 pictures you wish to make a collage with

Click on the small arrowhead next to the PFx_Matrix Collages in the Actions palette and select whichever collage you require depending on the amount of photos you are using.

Click on the arrowhead at the bottom of the actions palette to run the action

You will see this message:

Click continue – the action will run, then you will see this message:

Click Stop.

If your photos were not all the same size, you may have to use the Transform Tool (Ctrl + T) to resize them to fill the canvas.

Right click on any layer in the layers palette and click on Flatten Image

Save the end result in .jpg format and close the document

In the Actions palette, click on the small arrowhead next to PFx_Big Pictures

Select whichever action you require depending on the amount of photos used and whether you require flat or curled photos for the result

Click on the small arrowhead at the bottom of the actions palette to run the action

You will see this message:

Click Continue and select the collage you just created

The action will run, then you will see this message:

Click Continue, the montage will be transformed, you will then see this message:

Click Continue, the montage will be transformed again, you will then see this message:

Click Continue, you will then see this message:

Now if you bring up the History palette, you will see Transformation #1 and Transformation #2. You can return to either of those states if you wish by clicking on the one required.

The following pictures are the finished result, each of the transformations and a couple of other effects achievable with this actions set:
