Photoshop Tutorial – Photo Manipulation: Merge Elements from Different Photos

This photo manipulation tutorial addresses some of the basic Photoshop techniques available to change the aspect of a photograph, add elements from other photos, improve lighting to give the impression of a bright, sunny day. The methods used to isolate elements of the photographs can be many and varied in Photoshop, in this tutorial I am using two methods: Quick Mask and the Pen Tool. Levels adjustment is used liberally, along with lighting effects. This tutorial is designed for those wishing to learn pretty much from scratch about photo manipulation and enhancement.
