This will be the finished result:

Open a new file 800 x 800, 72px resolution
Fill the background with black
Select the Brush Tool and Lighting Effects Brushes
Set foreground colour to orange #FFB310
Select Brush number 022 and reduce the size to 764px
Click once on the canvas
Duplicate the layer
Ctrl + T to transform the object.
Right click in the box and click Flip Vertical
Move the shape down so it is just overlapping the top shape:
Double click on the layer in the layers palette to bring up the blending options and apply the following Inner Glow and Color Overlay settings:
Apply the same settings to the other layer
Turn off the visibility of the background layer
Right click on either of the visible layers and click Merge Visible
Restore visibility to the background layer
Filter>Mehdi>Kaleidoscope – apply the following settings:
Make the background layer active
Select the Text Tool and Hard Rock font, size around 120pt
Set foreground colour to white
Type your required text
Right click on the layer in the layers palette and click Rasterize Type
Ctrl + T to transform the object
Right click in the box and click Warp
Push the middle of your text up and down, but always make sure the lines remain straight (for the perspective), until the centre of the text is smaller than the outsides
Drag the top corner handles up a little and the bottom corner handles down a little
Change the size if necessary
Double click on the layer in the layers palette to bring up the blending options and apply the following Gradient Overlay, Drop Shadow and Bevel & Emboss settings:
Create a new layer above the background layer
Select the Brush Tool and Lighting Effect Brushes
Set foreground colour to red #FF2110
Select brush number 007 and reduce the size to 380px
Click once in the centre of the canvas
Double click on the layer in the layers palette to bring up the blending options and apply the following Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Outer Glow, Bevel & Emboss and Color Overlay settings:
Duplicate the layer
Drag the copy above the text layer
Turn off the visibility of the original red shape layer
Working on the copy, using the Eraser Tool with a soft round brush, erase all of the shape that you want to appear to be UNDER the text, leaving in place just the parts that go over the top of the text.
Restore visibility to the original layer
